I saw the contract out for a magnetic sweeper and have been contacted by a few firms requesting a quote to fulfill this contract. I want to make sure that the machinery I am quoting will work for what you are trying to use it for. I see that your requirements describe the Storch Supermag system but we have magnetic sweeping systems that are stronger and may be better suited to what you are trying to accomplish.
Can you let me know the type of metal you are trying to collect? If it is general debris then most of our sweepers will work fine but we have tried picking up spent ammunition shells with magnets before and an especially powerful magnet is required so I would like to know so I can send a quote that has something which will actually work for what you are trying to do.
We will be using the tow behind magnet to pick up any metal debris that is on the main roads. The loader or skid steer mounted magnet will be used to clear our pits where 20mm and 30mm metal shell cases are spent on. If you feel that you have something better and can meet our requirements, please submit asap.

2.0 15-May-24 22-May-24 What environment is the sweeper subjected to? (paved, unpaved, smooth, potholes, bumpy surface, loose sand, dirt, extreme heat, extreme cold, grass, other)
The magnet will be subjected to all of the above you stated in the question. We are a bombing range out of NJ, and the weather here is very unpredictable. All the roads at the range are unpaved and are either smooth or loose sand. We maintain our roads with a grader.
