The required output is 50kW in accordance with the Revised Technical Requirements document.

Technical Requirements Item 6.4.1: “2000 LBS” Inquiry: “If the requirement is for a 50KW, the weight is 1830 lbs. If the requirement is for a 100KW, the weight is 3331 lbs. Is this acceptable?”

Physical characteristics, including weight, shall be in accordance with the Technical Requirements document.

Should we include installation in the quote?

No. Installation is not required. Vendor shall include equipment start‐up; testing, & commissioning in accordance Technical Requirements Item 1.4

Paragraph 1.1 – The NSN number stated restricts competitive bidding from other manufactures. Will open market COTS equipment meeting or exceeding the specification (paragraphs 2 through 6) be acceptable? If yes, can the NSN be removed from the specifications.

The requirement is for NSN: 6130‐01‐581‐5332 in accordance with the Technical Requirements document and the solicitation posted on www.SAM.gov.

8 16‐Aug‐21 24‐Aug‐21 Paragraph 2.1 – The specification makes note of both a 62.5-kVA (50-kW) and a 125-kVA rating. Does the converter actually need to be sized to provide 125-kVA or 62.5-kVA?

The location is inside a secure military avaition facility with a currently operating mission.
