The solicitation is a total small business set-aside with NAICS code 237110 and a $45 million size standard. The contract will include repairing manholes, investigating the pipe system, and repairing the pipe system as optional work. Award will be made to the lowest priced quote that demonstrates the ability to meet the Performance Work Statement requirements. Quotes are due by August 21, 2024, and a site visit is scheduled for August 14, 2024.
