About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) responses document for a federal contract solicitation to procure AED monitors. The solicitation number is W50S8C26QA018, and the RFI was issued as RFI-00001 with responses provided as of 26 August 2026. The procurement is classified as a total small-business product procurement under NAICS code 423450.
The government seeks two AED monitor units configured with specific monitoring modules and accessories, including SpO2, NIBP, EtCO2, 4-lead ECG leads, pacing capability, batteries and chargers, carry case, printer, electrodes and pads, data and connectivity licenses, and training materials. The Propaq MD has been identified as the ideal model that the government's specifications were based upon, and brand-name-or-equal products are acceptable provided they meet salient characteristic equivalency standards. The Nonmanufacturer Rule applies to this procurement with no applicable individual or class waiver. The prime offeror is not required to be an authorized reseller; manufacturer-authorized distribution, traceability, full OEM warranty, and documentation from the supplying distributor will satisfy the requirement.

Title: AED Monitors
RFI-00001
Providing answers to RFIs received as of 26 August 2026.
1. Do the stated Real CPR Help, See-Thru CPR, and RapidShock features identify an intended ZOLL X Series Advanced, Propaq MD, or other exact model? If brand-name-or-equal products are acceptable, please confirm the salient-characteristic/equivalency standard.
1a. Yes. The Propaq MD is what we modeled our description off of and is ideal.
2. Please confirm the required configuration and included accessories for each of the two units, including any required monitoring modules/options (for example SpO2, NIBP, EtCO2, ECG leads, pacing), batteries/chargers, carry case, printer, electrodes/pads, data/connectivity licenses, and training materials.
2a. We would like all of these: SpO2, NIBP, EtCO2, ECG leads (4 lead if possible), pacing), batteries/chargers, carry case, printer, electrodes/pads, data/connectivity licenses, and training materials.
3. Because this is a total small-business product procurement under NAICS 423450, does the Nonmanufacturer Rule apply, and is an individual or class waiver applicable to this requirement?
3a. The nonmanufacturer rule applies; there is no waiver applicable.
4. Is the prime offeror required to be an authorized reseller, or will manufacturer-authorized distribution, traceability, full OEM warranty, and documentation from the supplying distributor satisfy the requirement?
4a. The prime offeror is not required to be an authorized reseller.
