About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) related to a federal contract opportunity for a Nevada Air National Guard (NVANG) Strong Bonds Training Event. The RFI provides details on the expected attendance of 53 service members and spouses, the need for 30 parking spaces, and the requirement for a single meeting room to accommodate both the training and meal service. The RFI also addresses audiovisual needs, including the provision of a computer screen by the Air National Guard, as well as the acceptability of having snacks and self-serve beverages included in the meeting room cost. Additionally, the RFI confirms that a hotel casino will be acceptable due to the limited availability of non-hotel casino facilities in Nevada that meet the event's requirements.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for commercial services to provide meeting facilities, one meal, snacks, and beverage services to accommodate the NVANG Strong Bonds Training Event. The services will be performed at a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort within 5 to 20 miles of Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada, on a designated Saturday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price award based on price, with a 100% small business set-aside.
