About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) Answer Sheet related to a federal contract opportunity for Catered Meal Service at the 104th FW, Barnes ANGB, MA. The anticipated number of attendees is 300 per day, with the Massachusetts Air National Guard (MAANG) providing the official meal count 10 days prior to the event. The meals must be cooked and delivered ready to serve. This is a new requirement, as there is no current repeat contractor. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set Aside, with price being one of the evaluation criteria, though the price per meal is not to exceed $16.50. The key details in the Performance Work Statement dated 28 February 2024 include self-service drink options, state-issued ID requirements for attendees, and the prohibition of alcoholic beverages.
