About this file

This document contains responses to questions regarding a federal solicitation for repair work at an access building on an Air National Guard base. The solicitation seeks bids to repair and replace elements of Building P-15, including demolishing an existing loading dock that will be removed under a separate contract. Bidders should follow the structural drawings for dock dimensions and slopes. The asphalt mix specified in the drawings is acceptable to be substituted for the current IDOT mix N50. New bollards are to be painted yellow and new steel painted to match existing dark brown. The powered electro-hydraulic dock leveler and powered integral vehicle restraint specified are to be provided as part of the project scope.
