The requirement is classified under NAICS Code 339999 with a small business size standard of 550 employees. Interested contractors must submit written responses to Jason Shallenberger at jason.shallenberger@us.af.mil by March 24, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. CST. Responses are limited to five typewritten pages and must include the completed and signed response form, a statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, a brief outline of key personnel, resources, and subcontractors, and a listing of comparable contracts completed during the past three years for government and private industry clients.

Respondents must provide company information including company name, address, CAGE CODE, and Unique Entity ID (UEI), and identify their socio-economic status by checking applicable categories such as small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) program participant, HUB Zone business, woman-owned business, or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Firms must confirm registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) under the specified NAICS code and socio-economic status, or indicate that registration is in process. The certification statement emphasizes that incomplete answers or failure to provide required documentation may disqualify the firm from consideration for set-aside solicitation under Part 19 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
