About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details a base television service contract for the Mississippi Air National Guard's Combat Readiness Training Center (MS CRTC) in Gulfport, Mississippi. The contract requires the contractor to provide subscription television service for 360 television drops throughout the base, with a base period of one year and three optional one-year extension periods. Key technical requirements include supplying and installing a fully operational head-end unit using a Blonder Tongue HDE-8C-QAM modulator, ensuring 24/7 service availability to the base communications demarcation point, and integrating local over-the-air channels as a failover mechanism.

The document specifies a comprehensive 67-channel lineup including local networks (ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC), news channels (CNN, Fox News), sports networks, entertainment channels, and specialty networks like NASA TV and National Geographic. The contractor must obtain necessary base access credentials, adhere to MS CRTC and Air Force installation policies, and restrict access solely to areas necessary for contract fulfillment. The PWS is signed by Christopher J. Marks, MSgt, MS ANG Cyber Defense Operations Superintendent, and dated 3 June 2025, indicating this is a future procurement for base television infrastructure and services.
