About this file
This document contains Requests for Information (RFIs) related to solicitation W50S7K24R0009 for the repair of Vehicle Denial Barriers at the Mississippi Army National Guard Combat Readiness Training Center. The RFIs address questions about the Statement of Work, including confirming the "Delta Units" referenced, requesting consideration of Not-to-Exceed pricing or removal of requirements related to verifying existing equipment and materials, and confirming that all existing signs, signals, and wedge barriers will remain.
The underlying federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 238990. The Performance Work Statement requires the contractor to refurbish and upgrade the Front Gate Vehicle Denial Barriers to fully functional condition and properly dispose of all replaced materials. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government using the Lowest-Price-Technically-Acceptable source selection process. Quotes must include itemized pricing and a detailed description of services. A site survey will be held on August 28, 2024, and all questions are due by September 6, 2024.
