MS ANG Billboard Advertising Campaign Q&A’s
1. Do the static billboards have to be illuminated?
Static billboards are not required to be illuminated. Illuminated billboards are preferred, but are not required and will not be rated higher than non-illuminated billboards during the proposal evaluation.
2. Is there an estimated start date for this campaign?
Start time for this campaign is expected to be 30 September 2022, however, start time and run time will be dependent upon the production time-frame of the billboards and the availability of the billboards. Each location will have a set number of months (4 months per billboard) that must be utilized. Months can be staggered per billboard depending on availability. All months per billboard must be utilized prior to 29 September 2023.
3. On the billboard sizes, it's mentioned 14x48 and posters 10.6 x 22.9, will 10.5x36 and 12x40 and other billboard sizes be considered?
Other billboards will be considered, but minimum size required to be proposed is 10x34 for billboards and 12x38 for posters. PWS has been amended to reflect this change.
4. If no billboards are available in some of these more rural locations, do you want to see the closest available options?
If billboards are not available in some of the rural locations, alternate locations will be considered, but must be within 20 miles of location stated in the PWS.
