Question 1. In TE 3-Option 1, the following numbers are listed:

VINDICATOR ABDOC

(B100)

SCIF (B100) ECF (B138) NCC (B103)

Workstation s

VCC2/SAW2 1 0 1 0

VCC2/SAW2 for

SCIF

0 1 0 0

Badge Manager 1 0 0 0

Servers VSS 0 0 0 1

According to Vindicator now, VCC and SAW have been separated, and each is installed on its own workstation due to security reasons.

This means that the number of VCC and SAW workstations looks as:

VINDICATOR ABDOC

(B100)

SCIF (B100) ECF (B138) NCC (B103)

Workstation s

VCC2 1 0 1 0

SAW2 1 0 1 0

VCC2 for SCIF 0 1 0 0

SAW2 for SCIF 0 1 0 0

Badge Manager 1 0 0 0

Servers VSS 0 0 0 1

Can this changed numbers of workstations be o ered for VCC and SAW?

In building 138 (ECF), the server rack is currently full. There is a Windows 7 workstation for VCC/SAW2 among the existing equipment. Since VCC and SAW2 each have their own workstations, we need space for an additional workstation in the rack. It would be reasonable, from a design perspective, to relocate the Vindicators panels, power supply, and power distributor into two new enclosures to make room for the extra workstation.

This involves the installation of:

a. Two panel enclosures: One for the V5 ACS panel and one for the V5 1500T panel.

b. Four backup batteries: Two for the V5 ACS and two for the 1500T.

c. One additional power supply for the 1500T, as the V5 ACS will use the existing power supply.

d. One additional power distributor unit for the 1500T, as the V5 ACS will use the existing power distributor unit.

e. Two enclosure tamper switches.

f. One EMT installation.

g. One electrical work.

h. Additional Vindicator sensor installation, including enclosure tamper sensors, battery status sensors, and related programming work.

ANSWER: TE-3 has been updated.

Question 2: Can the work described above be included in the scope of work, or will it be covered under a separate contract from this solicitation?

ANSWER: Yes, PWS has been updated accordingly.

Question 3: Could the Government please provide a full equipment list?

The Government has refrained from publishing an equipment list because we are not IDS experts. The awarded contractor remains responsible to provide all equipment required for a functional system. The following list should not be relied upon as a complete requirement. Our understanding of the equipment indicates the following equipment will be required:

1. Required end state includes connecting all existing alarm points and cameras and, at a minimum, maintaining the same number of user workstations and capabilities across both Vindicator and VICADS systems:

2. One (1) Vindicator Security Server (VSS)

Windows Server 2019 version 1809 (OS Build 17763.4377)

b. Two (2) Vindicator 10 Annunciator Workstations (Win 10 LTSC)
