Mobile IACP - 188 Wing Form 2 – Minimum Required Characteristics Attachment
Facility needs to be a minimum of 60 (6 x 10) square feet yet, retain the ability to be moved by forklift.
Unit to be constructed of minimum 2" x 2" x .083” structural steel tube frames with R-10 exterior continuous insulation encapsulated within the exterior 16ga. galvanized steel wall panel.
Roof to be a standing seam hip style designed for exterior use, insulated to R-19. Roof is constructed of internal steel framing with 3\4" exterior grade plywood siding that is covered with roofing paper and finished with 24ga. Galvanized steel standing seam decking with baked on Kynar 500 finish. Roof has a lower fascia area above the window line that is 6” tall with a 3” overhang, the roof fascia is 4” tall and angles out 4” and has a 5” overhang, so the total overhang on all sides is 12”.
Floor to be 12ga. galvanized steel plate covered with black polyvinyl chloride commercial black resilient textured 20” x 20” inter locking tiles and 4" high black base cove, floor system is welded to a 3" galvanized steel tube frame and joists with C-Channel forklift pockets.
One commercial steel framed slide door top hung by a minimum of eight 2 1\4" steel ball bearing rollers with lower stainless steel guide, stainless steel pull handles welded to the frame and a mortise lock.
Fixed windows on all sides, all windows glazed with 3/4" tinted tempered dual pane insulating glass.
Interior 1’ x 4’ LED light recessed in a 16ga. galvanized steel ceiling painted to match the booth, light is controlled by a wall mounted on\off switch.
Prewired 120/208 volt 12 pole 125 amp rated single phase load center. Three duplex outlets mounted under a 22" deep full width painted galvanized steel shelf.
Two single gang J-Boxes mounted under the shelf with 1\2” conduits with pull string to the stub area for data\com lines by others.
Through the rear wall mounted air conditioner with 11,700 BTU cooling and 10,600 BTU electric resistance heating with an exterior architectural exterior louver grill.
Unit is painted one color polyurethane over two part primer for the body of the booth inside and out, with another color for the standing seam roof deck material.
Install Thin Brick panels on all sides and corners in a color and style selected to match other wing facilities. Booth will have a sill plate and sill cap for the brick.
