The Government requires delivery of a floor-model, pressureless gas-fired Commercial Steamer with minimum 6-pan capacity and Type 304 stainless steel construction, featuring independent timers, thermostatic controls, low-water warning alarms, and electric ignitions powered by natural gas (120,000 BTU) and electricity (120v/60/1-ph, 300w, 2.0 amps). Additionally, the Government requires a floor-model, self-contained steam-jacketed Commercial Tilt Kettle with 30-40 gallon capacity, Type 304 stainless steel exterior with Type 316 interior liner, manual crank or power tilt mechanism, and electric power (208/240-volt, 3 phases). Both units must be brand new and meet NSF and UL safety and sanitation certifications. The Tilt Kettle must include a tangent draw-off valve (minimum 2-inch), pan carrier, and single pantry faucet with hose and nozzle hook.

Delivery is restricted to 0700-1530 hours, Tuesday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, and all contractor personnel must possess Real ID/STAR ID credentials and comply with DoD security requirements. The contractor must conduct successful operational live-run tests of both units, provide hands-on operator training covering daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks, and deliver two physical copies plus one digital copy of manufacturer manuals, service documentation, wiring diagrams, and parts breakdowns. The equipment warranty must include minimum one-year coverage for parts and labor, guarantee OEM parts availability for seven years post-installation, and provide dedicated technical support with authorized local service response within 48 hours of notification during standard business hours.
