| Question 1: | Does the 187 now intend for all repairs to be performed on-site in Montgomery? |
Answer: The 187th intends for all CLIN 0001 diagnosis to be performed on-site. Any actual repairs identified as needed will be discussed after the diagnosis is complete, including place of performance. The other two specific CLINs 0002 & 0003 (replacing power divider circuit breaker panel and/or power coupler) must be quoted to be accepted as a fully responsive quote, therefore those should be quoted as if those parts are being replaced, to include any transportation cost if needed.
It is strongly believed through in-house analysis that the problem lies with either of these two components.
| Question 2: | Due to the extension period, does the 187 now have intelligence that differs from the SOW? |
| Answer: | No, there is no new intellegince. Only the desire to have diagnostic inspection done on site. |
