Statement of Requirement (SOR)
1. General Information
The 117 Air Refueling Wing (ARW) Civil Engineering Squadron is requesting a Solar Streetlight 100w LED Complete System. This system is ideal for illuminating streets, parking lots, pathways, and other outdoor areas where reliable, cost-effective lighting is required.
1.1. CLIN0001: Qty 3, Solar Streetlight 100w LED Complete System.
1.2. Specifications:
100 WATT LIGHT - TYPE II - 26FT POLE - 2 X 280 WATT SOLAR PANELS - 2 X 245AH
AGM BATTERIES - BE05 BATTERY ENCLOSURE - 20A SMART MPPT CHARGE
CONTROLLER - DUSK TO DAWN ILLUMINATION
Purchase Description Solar Lights
Solar Streetlight (x3) - 100W+ Complete System
This complete (light and pole) solar streetlight system provides reliable, off-grid illumination with a powerful 100-watt LED light fixture mounted on a robust 26-foot pole.
Designed for dusk-to-dawn operation, this system incorporates high-efficiency components for optimal performance and longevity.
Key Features:
Light Fixture: 100-watt high-output LED, Type II distribution pattern.
Pole: 26-foot pole (material specifications if available, e.g., galvanized steel)
Solar Panels: 2 x 280-watt polycrystalline/monocrystalline (specify type) solar panels for enhanced energy capture.
Batteries: 2 x 245Ah AGM deep-cycle batteries for extended backup power.
Battery Enclosure: BE05 battery enclosure for secure and weather-resistant battery storage.

2. Delivery, Inspection and Acceptance

2.2. Inspection and acceptance will occur at time of delivery by a government representative. A comprehensive bill of lading or delivery receipt shall accompany all deliverables that details, at minimum, all part numbers and sizes associated with the requested structural coats and pants
Warranty
All equipment shall have the standard manufacturer’s warranty. The Contractor shall warranty all items delivered and ensure all items are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Additionally, without charge, repair or replace any equipment found to be defective in material or workmanship provided said equipment has been operated within standard procedures and instructions and such defects are not due to abuse, misuse or Acts of God.
Documentation The contractor shall provide all owner’s manuals, service manuals and any other manufacturer documentation that accompanies the purchase of this item. If any equipment installed has its own service and owner’s manual these will also be provided by the contractor.
