The Department of the Army Alaska Army National Guard, through Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), is seeking two grey air collars (Part Number H763) manufactured by Zodiac Milpro to restore seaworthiness, buoyancy, and tactical readiness of existing military inflatable watercraft. The procurement is classified under FSC 2040 (Marine Hardware and Hull Items) and NAICS Code 336612 (Boat Building). This is a firm-fixed-price, sole-source purchase order with intent to award to an authorized reseller, dealer, or distributor of Zodiac of North America, Inc. (UEI: C4CGDYMULBF9).

Interested vendors, particularly small businesses, must submit capability statements electronically by the specified response date addressing the following requirements: authorization from Zodiac of North America letterhead confirming reseller/dealer/distributor status, active registration in SAM.Gov, declared small business status in the SAM.Gov reps and certs section, and demonstrated ability to ship to JBER, Alaska. The government is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of supplying these proprietary components. No formal RFQ is currently available, and this announcement serves both to provide public notice of the sole-source intent and to assess alternative supply sources in the marketplace.
