About this file
This document is a requirement details amendment for FY 25 Spring Framework 5.3 Extended Lifecycle Support. The solicitation details Extended Lifecycle Support (ELS) for Spring Framework 5, covering all Spring Framework packages and dependent projects including Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data. The support is specifically for 4 developer users on Windows OS, spanning a 12-month period with an option to extend for an additional 12 months.
The contract line item (CLIN) structure includes two CLINs: CLIN 0001 for the initial 12-month Endless Lifecycle Support, and CLIN 0002 as an optional 12-month extension. The support encompasses 8 CPU cores and is designed to provide out-of-the-box support for the specified Spring Framework ecosystem. This requirement is part of a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), with the government anticipating a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable selection criteria.
