About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Army Contracting Command-Intelligence and Security Command (ACC-INSCOM) for an Army Archive Documentation Digitization Service. The purpose is to digitize records and archives for INSCOM, requiring the contractor to provide equipment, scanning, document preparation, database management, and quality management services. The RFI is seeking information from the small business community, including 8(a) and Alaskan Native Corporation firms, on their capabilities and experience to perform this work.
The RFI outlines the required capabilities, including purchasing and installing scanning stations for unclassified, secret, and top secret domains, with each station able to scan 5,000 pages per day. The contractor must also build a records management database and comply with NARA standards for digitized permanent records. Respondents must have a top secret facility clearance and their personnel must hold top secret/SCI clearances. The NAICS code is 518210 with a $40 million size standard. Responses are due by May 24, 2024, and the anticipated award date is August 2024 under a firm-fixed price contract. The government is interested in placing this requirement in the 8(a) program.
