3.1.1 The contractor shall propose categories to classify parts listed on Appendix 1 according to the TT&E requirements needed to determine the level of TT&E required to repair them.

a. Categories are to be adequately described and include a cost to provide sufficient detail for the USG to verify the placement of parts.

b. FFP category pricing for TT&E shall be utilized as much as feasible to help simplify contract administration. Initial categories are to be set forth based on the list in Appendix

A Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) proposal for required repair service(s); and

The estimated time/delivery schedule for required repair service(s) and delivery of the Asset(s); and

Any additional information as necessary regarding configuration, upgrades, component revisions, obsolescence issues/concerns, etc.; or

Provide a detailed assessment supporting any findings of “not repairable” items

d. Completion of the Inspection phase under this contract will be acknowledged by contractor’s submittal of the assessment report, and Certificate of Completion (COC) duly signed by the parties’ authorized representatives.
