About this file

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply Cable Assembly, Radi units (NSN 5995-01-411-1691, Part Number 11472476). The contracting activity is Army Contracting Command-Redstone at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The RFQ was issued on March 4, 2026, with quotations due by April 3, 2026. The Government will obligate a minimum of 27 units upon contract award with a maximum quantity of 35 units total across five ordering periods spanning five years. Production Lot Testing (PLT) is required for all units, and accelerated delivery is authorized at no additional cost. The contract type is Firm Fixed Price. Quotations must be submitted electronically to Lindsay.D.Jennings.CIV@ARMY.MIL.

The solicitation segregates the contract into five one-year ordering periods, though the Government reserves the right to order the maximum quantity at any time during the IDIQ period. The minimum delivery order quantity is 2 units. Specific delivery dates are scheduled beginning February 8, 2027, with subsequent deliveries on March 8, April 8, May 8, and June 8, 2027, followed by a final delivery of two units on July 8, 2027. All units are to be shipped FOB Destination to the Redstone Technical Test Center. The solicitation incorporates numerous FAR and DFARS clauses including requirements for item unique identification (DFARS 252.211-7003), WAWF payment processing (DFARS 252.232-7006), higher-level quality standards (ISO 9001:2015), and compliance with prohibition on foreign-made unmanned aircraft systems. Quoters must complete all CLINs and provide unit prices for each ordering period to avoid a determination of non-responsiveness.
