Question: Are service orders for problems outside of a scheduled visit or treatments for termites as an example billed separately, or is this a total monthly cost no matter what the contractor encounters?

Answer: Emergency service orders exist for certain specific instances and are billed and paid separately. These are typically reserved for termites and bedbug incidents.
