All work associated with the pre-engineered enclosure affecting road closure, or restricted traffic flow shall be performed after normal working hours unless approved in advance as part of the construction schedule. To work on post at any other times will require a request to the ISD DPW Engineering POC 48 hours in advance.
17. DELIVERABLES: Upon completion of the construction and prior to final payment, the Contractor will supply the On Site Representative with two (2) copies of the following:
As Built Drawings as per TYAD CADD Standards Manual listed in Appendix D:
Operation and maintenance manuals. Submit 3 copies. Information shall include: Safety precautions, Normal operations, Lubrication data, Preventive maintenance plan and schedule, Troubleshooting guides and diagnostic techniques, Wiring diagrams and control diagrams, Maintenance and repair procedures, Removal and replacement instructions, Spare parts and supply list, Parts identification, Warranty information, Test equipment and special tool information, and Contractor information.
All new underground utilities within the construction area shall be located and identified on the as-built drawings using the Pennsylvania (North) State Plane coordinate system (North American Datum 1983 Feet (NAD83)) to obtain a NORTHING and EASTING. While vertical surveys will use the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) 1988 coordinate system for an ELEVATION as detailed in paragraphs 1 through 9 below. Providing survey data is not a substitute for other marking methods. Contractors are responsible for implementing other markings such as tracing wire or tape as required.
The actual location, materials and sizes within the construction area shall be measured and provided with a Northing, Easting and Elevation with respect to the proper datum as previously mentioned. These coordinates shall be shown for all change in direction for points such as T’s, Y’s, Elbows, etc. and all surface or underground components such as valves, manholes, drop inlets, clean outs, meters, etc. in order to provide the location of these lines and appurtenances which may be determined in the event the surface openings or indicators become covered over or obscured.
The descriptions of exterior utilities shall include the actual quantity, size, and material of the utility lines. The AS-BUILT drawings shall show dimensions to two permanently fixed surface features at the end of each run, including each change in direction. Valves, splice boxes and similar appurtenances shall be located by dimensioning along the utility run from a Northing, Easting, and Elevation point based upon the Pennsylvania (North) State Plane coordinate system (North American Datum 1983 (NAD83)).
There will be an allowable tolerance of one foot (1’-0”) in either direction (Vertical or Horizontal) for any and all utilities aforementioned.
The location and dimensions of any changes within the building structure.
Layout and schematic drawings of electrical circuits and piping.
Correct dimensions and details transferred from shop drawings.
Correct grade, elevations, cross section, or alignment of roads, earthwork, structures or utilities if any changes were made from contract plans with a Northing, Easting and Elevation based upon the Pennsylvania (North) State Plane coordinate system (North American Datum 1983
(NAD83)).
Actual location of anchors, construction and control joints, etc., in concrete.
Changes in location of equipment and architectural features.
