QUESTIONS/RESPONSES REGARDING SOLICITATION W25G1V19Q0421 (AMENDMENT 0001):

Question 1: Do either one of these assemblies required testing?

Question 2: Is conformal coating a requirement?

Question 3: I don’t see where the vendor is required to test the completed units – 13034362 and 13034363. Is testing required at vendor location?

Question 4: If so, is GFE available for testing purposes?

Question 5: Also, does Govt. provide test procedure?

Question 6: If no GFE is available or provided, can an Input/Output list be provided?

Question 7: Is there a First Article, and associated testing, required?

Question 8: Is the digital information (program/code) for U24 (Flash EPROM) and U201 (Microcontroller) available?

ENGINEER RESPONSES:

Response to Questions 1, 3, 4, and 5: Testing is not required by the vendor.

Response to Question 6: We do not have an Input/Output list to provide.

Response to Question 7: There is no first article requirement.

Response to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7: These assemblies do not have testing requirements nor conformal coating requirements.

Response to Question 8: We program them here. We do not have the vendors do that. The programs are not available.
