About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) document seeking sources capable of providing potable water sampling services at Tobyhanna Army Depot in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania. The RFI is part of a pre-solicitation effort by the Department of the Army to identify qualified vendors before issuing a formal solicitation for these services. Interested parties must submit their responses to the purchasing agent, Alicia Piercy, via email at alicia.a.piercy.civ@army.mil no later than 12:00 PM EST on Thursday, June 11th, 2026. Additional details regarding scope and requirements are provided in an accompanying draft Scope of Work document, which should be reviewed by potential respondents to understand the full extent of services required.

The RFI serves as an initial market research tool to gauge contractor interest and capability in the potable water sampling field. Respondents should demonstrate their experience, technical qualifications, and capacity to perform sampling services at a military installation. This pre-solicitation approach allows the Army to refine requirements and specifications based on market feedback before issuing a binding solicitation. The Solicitation Number W25G1V0096870427 is associated with this opportunity.
