About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for BAA W15QKN-21-R-0ER7, providing clarifications about white paper submissions for emerging technologies research proposals to the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center.

The document confirms that Subject Matter Experts will evaluate white papers, and offerors may submit separate but similar white papers for multiple topic areas within the BAA. It clarifies that the 5-page limit for white papers includes the Technical Discussion, Support needed, and Cost portions, while the Cover Page and one-page Addendum are excluded from this limit. Graphics are permitted but count toward the 5-page limit. No specific timeline for award is provided by the government following white paper submission and subsequent research proposal requests.
