Key requirements include providing program management, technical expertise, strategic IT planning, lifecycle logistics sustainment, systems engineering, and support across areas such as project management, business management, and technical management. The contractor must have experience in identity management, cybersecurity, and cloud migration, with a required facility security clearance of SECRET. QUESTIONRESPONSE
So I am confused about this “SETA for PM I2S” opportunity that was posted on SAM.gov.

The APBI slides from earlier this year had an opportunity called “Army ICAM Transformation” which is a current contract held by Accenture. Then, PEO C3N posted a slide from their contract portfolio which also shows that “Army ICAM Transformation” would be out in an RFI in 4th QTR FY 25…which is now. So that timeline tracks with the Sam.gov RFI just posted.

The “SETA for PM I2S” opp posted on SAM.gov, does appear to be E-ICAM heavy in requirements. However, there is already a PM I2S SETA contract held by Booz Allen. I suppose this could just be a naming convention issue.

I am curious if the SAM.gov opportunity is the same as Army ICAM transformation?

I can take screen shots of slides and provide contract numbers for all of this if it would assist in your research, but perhaps you know the answers off the top of your head.

I frankly was suggesting a call, because I realize what I am asking could be a little complex WRT the various requirements that have been put out to industry.

Let me know if you are still open to a call. I may be able to explain it better over the phone. The SETA contract and Army ICAM Transformation are 2 separate contract actions. The SETA contract is a new contract for PdL E-ICAM. The E-ICAM program was previously under PD ES and their current contract is called Program Management Office Support (PMOS) through ACC-RI utilizing Chenega as the vendor (W52P1J-21-D-0018 / W52P1J21F0128). E-ICAM is not utilizing the NEBULA SETA contract that Booz Allen holds since it would require a full rework of that contract because E-ICAM’s scope and requirements are not already identified in that contract.

The Army ICAM Transformation RFI is currently being worked for a release by end of the month, and it will be a new contract. It was previously held by Accenture (FA7014-20-D-0006/FA7014-23-F-0115).

Regarding the SAM Notice W15P7T25RXXXX - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION For Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program Executive Office, Command, Control, Communications-Network (PEO C3N) Project Manager Interoperability, Integration and Services (PM I2S)

-Is this follow-on work to an existing contract, and if so, can you provide the contract number? I thought this work fell under the BAH NEBULA task order on ATSRO, but I am really not certain? Is there any additional information that can be furnished on the Army Master Identity Directory (AIMD) such as an industry day brief?
Does PM I2S or PEO C3N plan to host an industry day in the future, and will it be virtual or in person?PM I2S will not be hosting an Industry Day for this contract.
