About this file
This document outlines conditions, procedures, guidance and instructions for a System Verification Demonstration of tactical troposcatter transmission systems. Offerors must submit two turnkey systems and supporting documentation to participate. The Government will conduct testing at Fort Bliss, TX and White Sands Missile Range over four weeks. Offerors must describe system specifications including waveform characteristics, environmental compliance, reliability and maintainability. The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground seeks a single-award IDIQ contract for production, spares and sustainment of tactical troposcatter systems over ten years. The contract will include firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee line items for production, warranty, repair and technical support.
