Q&A Question: Is this a brand new contract or is there an incumbent performing these services?

Answer: This is a new requirement, so the only information we have is included in the Statement of Work provided in the RFQ document.

Question: Is there an actual start date for the project?

Answer: The start date will be coordinated with the project manager after award within the Period of Performance Dates estimated for 9/30/23 - 9/29/24

Question: Will the area accommodate a VSS unit that shall not exceed 12’ wide x 10’ deep x 18’ height?

Answer: No, the ceiling height is 17 feet, 11 inches.

Question: What are your current power requirements?

Answer: 480 Volts/3 Phase

Question: Will a minimum of 800 storage locations be required and do you need additional locations for future growth?

Answer: Yes, 800 locations minimum required. Unknown if future locations needed.

Question: Is an electronic automatic closing door acceptable as it is required in order to utilize pass code protected login.

Answer: Yes

Question: Are standard safety features such as personal protection light curtain, vertical extractor safety photo eyes, emergency stop, and height detection protection required?

Answer: Yes

Question: You have options on the divider systems materials. Are durable hardboard divider systems acceptable?

Answer: Yes, but must be 6” tall and adjustable for smaller or larger size tax products.

Question: Do you have a standard size for the reusable labels you will be using for each cell location?

Answer: Yes, 1” x 3.5” size
