The notice is not a solicitation but indicates the Government anticipates procuring these requirements through full and open competition. Vendors must demonstrate capability to operate on Tinian with knowledge of CNMI environmental rules, waste disposal restrictions, potable water sourcing, and UXO-restricted areas. Interested vendors must submit one-page capability statements addressing company profile, relevant past performance in similar remote island environments, mobilization lead time, and a completed vendor capability matrix indicating which services they can perform. Responses are due by 1700 hours Monday, 18 May 2026 (Tinian/Guam/Saipan time zone) and should be submitted electronically to Contract Specialist SFC Michael Sohn and Contracting Officer SFC Ida Kian.
