About this file

This document is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) related to a Request for Information (RFI) for the Vehicle Installation Kit (VIK) III program. The RFI seeks information from industry on the ability to design radio installation kits, create and maintain Technical Data Packages (TDPs), manufacture the installation kits, and install the kits for various Army vehicle platforms.

The RFI outlines the scope of work, including NRE for installation design, TDP development and maintenance, and fabrication of VIKs. It provides estimated annual production requirements for FY24-FY29. Respondents are required to submit a technical white paper and a capabilities white paper. Vendors must sign an NDA to receive a sample TDP, which will eventually require 3D PTC Creo models and PTC Windchill PLM software. The effort is currently split between an 8(a) Alaskan Native Corporation and a small business, but the Government may consider consolidating the work under a single 8(a) contract if a qualified 8(a) entity can perform the entire effort.
