About this file

This document is a Bid Schedule for a Video Management System contract opportunity issued by the State of Maine. The Bid Schedule contains three tables - Table One for Professional Services, Table Two for Cameras, Racks, and the Video Management System, and Table Three for Ongoing Costs. Bidders must provide fully burdened unit pricing for each item and the total cost will be evaluated to determine the award. The contract will be awarded to the bidder with the lowest fully burdened total cost across all three tables.

The bid schedule also references a related State and Local Contract Opportunity for Janitorial Services in Idaho's Latah County. This appears to be a separate contract opportunity not directly related to the Video Management System contract.
