About this file

This document is a set of vendor questions and answers related to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Executive Office of the Trial Court in Massachusetts for Economic Analysis Services for a Review of Child Support Guidelines. The RFP requires the selected vendor to initially prepare an interim report, with a due date of June 16, 2016, and then a final report due on September 1, 2016. The vendor will be required to present the findings from the interim and final reports to the Task Force and the Chief Justice of the Trial Court. The anticipated project start date is May 10, 2016, with the final report presentation scheduled for September 14, 2016. The vendor will continue to provide consulting and support services to the Task Force as necessary after the submission and presentation of the final report.

The RFP requires vendors to identify any contracts they have entered with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts within the past five years, with the reporting requirement applying to both the contract start and end dates. The proposal due date is April 22, 2016, and the vendor selection date is April 29, 2016. The RFP does not specify a set number of in-person meetings between the vendor and the Task Force, and the duration of these meetings has also not been determined, but the use of video conferencing is permitted.
