About this file

This file pertains to a vehicle purchase procurement by the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works in Ohio. The county is soliciting bids for two new vehicles: one 2026 Chevy Colorado and one 2027 Chevy Equinox. All quoted vehicles must be new and never previously titled. The winning bidder is required to deliver the Title and Odometer statement by hand to the Department of Public Works Fleet Manager at 2501 Harvard Avenue, Newburgh Heights, OH 44105. Bidders must comply with all county requirements, including registration in the Infor system, the county's electronic purchasing platform, and registration with the Cuyahoga County Inspector General's Office. The county will consider alternate equipment equivalents from current, past, or future model years, subject to review and approval by Public Works subject matter experts; any alternate proposals must include detailed specifications. Estimated lead time may be factored into the award decision.

All prices quoted must remain firm for 60 days from submission. Should manufacturers impose price increases, bidders must submit documentation to the county explaining and supporting the increase, and any price increases above the original bid amount require prior county approval before vehicle ordering. The county reserves the right to terminate any agreement or purchase order if the final price exceeds the bid price. No set-asides, incumbents, or specific funding sources are identified in this procurement document.
