About this file

This document outlines detailed technical requirements for a vacuum furnace, specifying precise specifications for scientific laboratory equipment. The furnace must operate on 208V or 220V power, have an interior capable of accommodating a 12-inch cubic microfluidics board, and reach a maximum temperature of 1200 Celsius. Additional critical requirements include a digital vacuum gauge, compact dimensions of 30 × 30 × 36 inches or less, capability for both inert gas and vacuum operation, and the ability to reach vacuum levels of 5E-4 torr or lower. The system must also include a compatible vacuum pump with a minimum pumping speed of 300L/min, ensuring comprehensive functionality for advanced research and manufacturing processes involving high-temperature, low-pressure environments.
