This document provides details for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) solicitation for construction services. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award up to four indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity IDIQ contracts to provide construction services for VA Butler Healthcare in Butler, Pennsylvania and Veterans Administration Medical Centers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
