About this file
This document is a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) related to a federal contract opportunity for AITC Emergency/Non-Emergency Generators Repairs and Parts. The PWS outlines the scope of work, which includes project management, weekly testing, load testing, inspections, emergency and non-emergency repairs, and procurement and installation of required parts for the generators and associated equipment at the Austin Information Technology Center (AITC) facility.
The contract will be a single-award, firm-fixed-price contract with time-and-materials contract line items. The period of performance is from June 17, 2024 through June 16, 2025, with four 12-month option periods. The work will be performed at the AITC facility in Austin, Texas. The PWS provides detailed requirements for the various maintenance tasks, testing, reporting, and emergency/non-emergency repairs that the contractor must perform. It also includes general requirements related to enterprise architecture, information security, accessibility, and physical security.
