Market Survey Questions and Answers
1. Question 5 asks if your company is currently providing "similar services" to another government agency … By "similar services", do you mean "providing the entire range of services" to the customer or just providing any of the individual services to a customer? If it’s a response on the individual services, please advise the level of detail and organization desired - an attachment containing an exhaustive list of all customers (could be quite extensive)? Identification of the PWS work category with the customer? Is there a page limit for the response? If a representative sample of customers or another manner of response is preferred, please advise.
Response: Similar services can be either the entire range of services identified in 4.0 of the PWS or any of the individual services. There are no format, content requirements or page limitations for the response to this market survey.
2. For question 9 dealing with capabilities and prior experience, is there a response expectation or any limitations to the response? Are attachments with art work, pictures and so forth acceptable and appropriate and should all work areas be addressed?
Response: There are no format, content requirements or page limitations for the response to this market survey. You may provide any pertinent information as deemed necessary to demonstrate your and any proposed team member’s capabilities and prior experience as it relates to the requirements of the PWS.
3. Question #4 states “Small businesses are encouraged to identify teams whereby each team member is considered small business based upon the proposed North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 541512 (small business size standard of $25.0M average annual receipts) to support set-aside considerations.” We are a small business. We understand that the Government wants small businesses who are interested in priming to identify small business team members. However, if we intend to prime and have both small and large business team members, should we also identify the large business team members in our response to the RFI?
Response: Yes, please identify both small and large business team members.
