Sheet1
| Question | Answer | |
| 1 | In the Instruct.,_Cond._Notice_to_Offerors.doc file, the following sentence indicates there is an attachment 2. However, I can't find it in the package. | Offeror should locate the FAR clause themselves. |
| 2 | In the Instruct.,_Cond._Notice_to_Offerors.doc file, the following sentence has a web link, which doesn't seem to have any SAM info. It should be www.sam.gov. Please advise. | Sam.gov is correct. |
| 3 | What do we need to do with the last portion of the "V3341370_-_Combined_Synopsis_&_Solicitation.doc" file? I guess we need to include it in the proposal by answering the last two questions? Please confirm. | Confirmed. |
| 4 | How many days are the contractor expected to be present for the installation of the system? The reason to ask is because we may find that the loop wire and other system components installed by the Volpe Center may not be in good shape and need to be fixed fist. | Volpe is planning on spending one week in June 2019 installing the poles and loops. The contractor should be present during that time to suggest any necessary changes, otherwise it will need to make the changes. |
| 5 | Is there any budget to collect video (license plate) ground-truth data? | Offerors should respond to Statement of Work contained in the RFQ. |
| 6 | Please clarify if there are 9 locations or 10 locations. The Scope of Work at 2 (Technical Tasks) says there are 10 locations. The Scope of Work at 3 (Deliverables) says to furnish 9 Inductive Loop Systems. The appendix labeled Overview (a map) shows 9 locations. The scope of work says there are 10 different roadway locations and also says two of the locations on Keystone Drive can be served by one set of 4 loops. The Overview (map) shows 3 locations on Keystone Drive (one paved surface and two gravel surfaces). If there are 10 different roadway locations, which of the 9 sites shown serves two locations (roadways)? | In the attachment, sites 05 and 06 are the two which may be accomplished with one data collection system and four loops. |
| 7 | Is this a new or existing requirement. If existing, please include the current contract #. | This is a new requirement. |
