N/A
As a part of Task 3 support, the Contractor analyst shall attend up to six (6) meetings within the continental US, each up to two (2) days in duration.
Question: Given the uncertainty regarding travel amidst the current pandemic, should an alternative be proposed to facilitate these meetings in the event of travel restrictions in certain areas?

Answer: Each trip to physical in-person meetings is an optional CLIN, travel costs NOT TO EXCEED $1,247 per trip. If in-person travel is not yet feasible at the time the meeting is to occur, the travel option will not be exercised, and the meeting will most likely occur remotely via Webex, Zoom, Teams, or some other media.
