About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for an Under Vehicle Surveillance System (UVSS) required by the 50th Security Forces Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado. The UVSS must include a License Plate Reader that records vehicle scans, facial recognition, and data storage with reporting capabilities. Additionally, a mobile UVSS is required that can be rapidly deployed within 15 minutes and handle vehicles up to 40 tons. Both systems must be surface mounted, not underground.
The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Brand Name or Equal UVSS, including a 12-month warranty, training, and installation. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside with a NAICS code of 561621 - Security Systems Services. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror providing the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. Questions are due by September 19, 2024, and responses will be provided in a solicitation amendment.
