About this file
This is a Utility Information Sheet for the Linder Road project (Project #520033, 320026) in Idaho, extending from State Street to Floating Feather Road, coordinated by the Ada County Highway District (ACHD). The project involves landscape planting and irrigation improvements within roadway swales, buffers, medians, roundabouts, and a basin, along with installation of a tubular metal gate and fencing enclosure at the basin. Utility relocations, adjustments, and installations are required and will take approximately five working days from the Notice to Proceed date to complete. The contractor must coordinate with multiple utility companies throughout all project phases, as utility work may impact the critical path schedule and occur during every phase of construction. Project phasing will significantly affect the schedule for utility relocations and adjustments.
Ten utility companies operate within the project area and must be coordinated with by the contractor: Sparklight, Lumen, Eagle Sewer District, Eagle City Water, Idaho Power, Intermountain Gas, Silver Star, Fatbeam, Syringa Networks, Veolia, and Zayo. Each utility has a designated contact representative with specific phone numbers and email addresses provided for coordination purposes. The contractor is required to follow ACHD General Conditions Section 26 and should direct questions to ACHD Utility Coordinator Scott Bennett at (208) 387-6259. The contractor bears responsibility for scheduling required construction windows and accommodating utility company work throughout the project duration.
