QUESTIONS AND ANSWER 3
1) How will the audio be transferred to us? I didn’t see that in the document link you sent.
A: The court will provide an audio file of the court hearing through a site for the vendor to retrieve notes and audio files.
2) The order form allows a requestor to distinguish which portions of a hearing they would like transcribed. Will those segments of the audio be designated for us at the time of submission, or will we have to listen to the entire audio? In addition, will we be getting only the audio requested, or the full hearing?
A. We will try our best to send you the audio segments however, there are situations where we will send the entire Audio and explain on the TPO “ This block of time does not need to be transcribed.”
3) Are you looking for a technical proposal in addition to the pricing forms your provided….or do you just want the forms you provided filled out and returned?
A: You can use the pricing sheet I provided in the RFQ. When you submit your proposal make sure you have price sheet, Names of Authorized transcribers who will be utilizing the contract, signed and dated SF 33, sections A-K and your list of References.
Thanks for taking the time to respond and we hope you support your efforts on this project.
