About this file
This document summarizes an Industry Day presentation for the upcoming USCIS ODOS IV contract opportunity. The presentation covers the key objectives of the ODOS IV requirement, which is a follow-on to the existing ODOS III contract for DevSecOps and user experience design services to support USCIS's enterprise case management applications. The scope includes DevSecOps services, user interface design, infrastructure and integration support, and optional services related to decommissioning legacy systems. The contract will be a 5-year hybrid (firm-fixed-price and labor-hour) vehicle awarded to small businesses via the GSA Multiple Award Schedule. The procurement process involves a phased evaluation with corporate experience, technical competency, coding challenges, and past performance assessments. The target solicitation release date is January 2025, with contract award anticipated in fiscal year 2025, quarter 4. The presentation also covers the acquisition strategy, key changes from the previous ODOS III contract, and the anticipated task order structure.
