29-30 MAY 2024
Accelerating Network Transformation
DESCRIPTION:
The Army’s Program Executive Office C3T and Network Cross-Functional Team will host a network-related technical exchange meeting (TEM) on May 29-30, 2024, at the Marriott City Center, Philadelphia, PA. The network is the Army’s number one transformation priority. TEM 12 will build upon previous TEMs with increased technical discussion, operational feedback, targeted prototyping contract opportunities, and strategic government/industry sessions. To support these goals, TEM 12 will provide sessions centered around topic areas including, but not limited to:
− “As a service” approaches − Range extension and aerial tier networking − Mission command applications − Electromagnetic spectrum warfare − Powering the future network
As an “even” numbered TEM, this event will also offer RDT&E 6.4 funded prototype capability opportunities and provide updates on other S&T and program of record business opportunities.
Opportunities will be discussed throughout the event, and 1-on-1 sessions will be offered through a registration process.

1115-1215 BREAK OUT: Deconstrucng Monolithic Systems architecture approach to enhance data and services sharing across Warfighng Funcons The Army and its sister Services must improve their ability to communicate more effecvely in mul-domain operaons.
This is especially crical when it comes to sharing and extending more than just data objects and data products, but also core analycs (e.g., Natural Language Processing) and services (e.g., correlaon, cursor on target converter) across Intel, Fires and Command and Control. PEO IEW&S and PEO C3T are partnering to deconstruct the monolithic systems approach of the past and provide modular, open architectures enabling small business and their niche capabilies to contribute to the acquision of building blocks to the Army MDI-F Requirements. Acquision, requirements and modernizaon experts will discuss constructs to the architecture approach and provide insights to industry to ensure they understand Open API and Services Frameworks.
Where possible, PEOs will share potenal agile acquision and contracng approaches planned for the near future.
