About this file
This document is a datasheet for the URC-300 Transceiver, a software-defined radio system for ground-to-air communications. The URC-300 offers improved RF performance, ETSI EN 300 676-1 compliance, and future field-upgradeable enhancements over the previous URC-200 model. Key features include UHF/VHF voice, separate DC power, built-in web server, and compatibility with legacy accessories. The datasheet provides technical specifications for the radio's receiver and transmitter characteristics.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation (FA469024Q0056) issued by the 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB to procure two brand name General Dynamics URC-300 transceivers (NSN 5820-01-695-9351). This is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 334220. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract based on the established evaluation criteria. Quotes must be submitted via email by the deadline and will be valid until 30 September 2024. Questions must be submitted by 30 August 2024, with answers provided by 03 September 2024.
