Sources Sought request for Airforce approved CCTV system on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington D.C.
North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 517311
Requirement Information: The 11 SFS requires an Air Force approved CCTV system. The Contractor shall provide all labor, maintenance, sustainment, tools, and training to provide 11 SFS with an Air Force approved high-definition CCTV system, with night vision capabilities. The Contractor will provide a CCTV system that protects the installation perimeter, multiple access control points, and the waterfront/marina at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB).
EXPECTED PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 31 July 2023- 30 July 2024 with option years.
The CCTV system must meet the following critical performance requirements:
| 2.1.2.1 | Include video analytic capability with 30-days video storage and playback capability. |
| 2.1.2.2 | Include installation, maintenance, manpower, sustainment, and training. |
| 2.1.2.3 | Include an uninterrupted power supply and connectivity, which will enable CCTV coverage during power outages. |
| 2.1.2.4 | Cameras will have Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) coverage capability. |
| 2.1.2.5 | Capability to report to a primary and alternate Command and Control (C2) center (Base Defense Operation Center (BDOC)). |
| 2.1.2.6 | Analytic capabilities to include motion sensor tracking, to include automatic target tracking. |
| 2.1.2.7 | Cameras will have 4K high definition. |
| 2.1.2.8 | Ability to operate in no-light or low-light environments. |
| 2.1.2.9 | Cameras will have a wired capability |
Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) to see the full list of performance requirements. All work shall be performed in accordance with the PWS.
These requirements are not unique to the military and can be acquired in the commercial market sector and performed by any business type (large or small).
This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is in support of market research being conducted by the United States Air Force (USAF). This market research is being conducted to increase competition for this requirement by identifying potential sources and to gauge interest.
The Government will use the information gathered through publication of this SSS to determine the best acquisition strategy for this requirement. The Government is interested in all potential business who have the capability to execute the work described in the PWS.

PR: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
