The associated federal contract opportunity involves two distinct lots for manufacturing female coats and trousers: Lot 1 is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and Lot 2 is set aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business concerns. The procurement will result in two Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts with Economic Price Adjustment, each covering five 12-month performance periods. Estimated quantities range from 22,500 to 675,000 coats per lot, with delivery starting 180 days after award. Evaluation criteria prioritize Product Demonstration Models, followed by Past Performance, and then Price, with all materials required to be Berry Amendment compliant.
