Text version

The Coaching for Educational Equity Collaborative (CFEE Collaborative) is a multi-racial, multi-cultural diverse group of practicing and retired educators and equity leaders who provide facilitated, active learning around issues of diversity, inclusion/belonging and equity. The CFEE Collaborative provides unique professional development services grounded in the Oregon experience. The 5-day residential Coaching for Educational Equity (CFEE) seminar and 4-day Virtual CFEE are designed specifically within the Oregon context to support people on their personal and professional journeys of awareness and healing. We network with educators throughout Oregon to enable them to become stronger, more effective equity leaders. We follow-up with partner districts by providing 2-day seminars to bring common language and concepts to a wider group of people within the organization and to provide support and coaching of CFEE grads to practice and broaden their equity leadership abilities. We work to keep CFEE graduates and partner districts connected so that equity work throughout the state of Oregon can be shared and connected.
