Bidders are required to provide weekly rental rates for shirts and pants, with specific pricing for different sizes and styles. The proposal also includes provisions for replacement costs for missing or damaged uniforms, with pro-rated replacement costs calculated over the three-year contract period. The city will evaluate bids on a per-item basis and reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors.
